Soy crisps with a thin smear laughing cow reduced cal wedges (onion or garlic flavors are good)
Veggies and dip mix: Plain nonfat Greek yogurt and 1 packet hidden valley ranch or toasted onion dip mix. Use high potassium vegetables to balance the salt.
OR
1 scoop soy protein powder mixed with salsa verde until desired consistency and 2 tb nonfat Greek yogurt.
OR
4 oz cottage cheese with 4 tsp dip mix blended with fresh lemon juice.
